This website ceased operations due to documented criminal activity. As a result of hacking, criminal(s) were able to disrupt the ability of the site to conduct business to the point of failure.

Affected customers and vendors have been notified via mail of the criminal activity and it's effect on business operations.

In addition, local and federal authorities (police and FBI) were notified. Unfortunately, as is widely documented, policing efforts of the Internet by authorities are woefully inadequate as investigative resources are seriously limited. In this instance, authorities were unable to provide assistance.

Efforts were made to conduct security and policing related endeavors by the business on it's own behalf, but were unsuccessful.

Bankruptcy protection has been sought.
